As a REALTOR(R) it is getting a little challenging on how to advise clients. No one has a very clear crystal ball as to what is going to happen in the next few months. On the whole, inventory is still low, interest rates are expected to stabilize, and there is a suggestion that we will return to a more normal market by the end of 2023 or even sooner. No guarantees of course. But, what should YOU do if you are thinking of buying or selling? Here are some thoughts.

I posted this late last week on my FB Business page, and I thought you might find it useful here as well.
The challenge in the market is not really one of fundamentals - it is PSYCHOLOGY. Buyers and Sellers (and unfortunately a lot of newer agents who have never seen a different market than what we've had the last few years) don't understand what is going on. No one is explaining it, so they fill in the gaps in their knowledge with fear. Understanding the fundamentals can help. Inventory will remain a problem going forward. There is no reasonable expectation that the market will crash.
As always, work with a real estate professional that you like and trust to get the best information and to help you make good decisions.
