POOL ATTENDANT'S NEEDED

Apartment community in Wilton, NY is currently seeking qualified pool attendant's for the 2023 season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Must be CPR certified or be willing to take a CPR class prior to starting. Job duties include, but not limited to:

-Checking resident ID's and passes to gain access to the pool
-Monitoring the safety of guests in the water and on the pool deck at all times
-Cleaning/Sanitizing patio furniture at end of shift

Pool hours are 10am-8pm, 7 days a week. This is a great opportunity for newly certified lifeguards. Must be 16 yrs old.

• Manage Prospective Tenant Communication
• Show Apartments
• Complete Applications, Leases & Renewals
• Manage Move In/Out Process
• Monitor Tenant Receipts / Charges and Vendor Payments
• Tenant Data Entry & Correspondence
• Coordinate / Oversee Maintenance Requests and Apartment Turn Overs
• Assist with Marketing and Advertising Initiatives
• Residents Liaison
