I have a seasoned knowledge of the Capital Region as I have lived here most of my life. I graduated from Voorheesville High School in 1990. In 1995, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Siena College with a BA degree. I then moved to Northern Virginia for 2 years where I pursued my graduate studies in Clinical Psychology and obtained my Master’s Degree. Although I chose not to work directly in the clinical field of psychology, I found that working with people in a different capacity (real estate) was just as gratifying. I understand that real estate transactions are very emotional, and I work diligently to reduce the stress from the beginning to the end. Whether it be divorce, economic hardship, estate sales, relocations, or just plain old nerves about buying a new home. First and foremost, I have strived to be someone that my clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. I attribute my success not only to my passion for real estate, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. As a former single mom, my motivation has been fueled by my desire to show my children and my stepchildren that when times get tough, the tough get tougher. I live in Guilderland, NY with my husband. My daughter attends the University of Tampa and my son attends Union College (plays football-very exciting) 🏈. My oldest stepdaughter is a graduate of SUNY Albany and now lives in San Diego where she works as an English teacher. My youngest stepdaughter is a graduate of St. She and her husband just had their first child ❤️. When I am not working, I love a good workout, going out to eat, and spending time in the sun. Family is my motivator and quite simply who I like to be within my downtime.
