The one rule I refuse to break as a real estate agent (even if it costs me the sale): I will always tell you the truth. 🤍

You’re not hiring me to nod along and agree with everything. You’re hiring me to look out for you. To protect your money, your timeline, and your peace of mind. And sometimes that means saying the things other agents won’t.

✨ It means pointing out the red flags in a home you’ve already fallen in love with, because the inspection report and the resale value matter more than the daydream.

✨ It means having the honest pricing conversation upfront, even when a different number would feel better in the moment. A listing that goes stale costs you far more than a realistic starting price ever will.

✨ It means telling you to walk away when a deal isn’t right, even though I don’t get paid unless you close.

Honesty isn’t always the comfortable choice. But it’s the reason my clients trust me, refer me, and come back when it’s time to move again. And it’s something I’ll never compromise on.

The hills I’m willing to die on as a Capital Region Realtor. 🏡

After years of walking sellers through this process, I’ve learned that the kindest thing I can do is tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear. Because at the end of the day, my job isn’t to win the listing. It’s to get you to the closing table for the most money possible.

So here’s where I stand:

🏡 A fast sale isn’t a red flag. It means we priced your home right.

🏡 Your Zestimate is an algorithm that’s never set foot in your living room. Let’s not build a strategy around it.

🏡 Overpricing doesn’t give you negotiating room. It gives your home more days on market.

🏡 Staging is worth every penny. Homes that show beautifully sell faster, and for more.

🏡 The cheapest commission isn’t the best deal if it costs you thousands on your sale price.

🏡 And if your agent’s whole marketing plan is one open house and a sign in the yard... please ask more questions.

Some weeks the job is just about closing deals. Other weeks, your phone fills up with messages like these and you remember exactly why you do this. 🤍

Every text in this carousel is from a different client. Different homes, different price points, different stages of the process. But the through line is the same: they felt seen, they felt protected, and they trusted me to handle the parts that matter most.

Manifest a month full of dream clients, signed contracts, and a fresh set of keys handed over more times than I can count.

May I keep meeting clients who found me through Instagram (truly the best part of doing this online, getting to work with people who already feel like friends before we even meet).

May I get the “can we schedule a call?” DM more often than the “just looking” one.
