I'd like to clear up some confusion regarding our policy regarding in person showings of apartments Lette Management Group manages.

Our policy is very simple. You must apply and get approved by the landlords of these properties prior to coming for an inperson tour.

This is for the safety of our tenants, their belongings, my staff and myself. We are no longer showing apartments 1 on 1 to anyone who hasn't been vetted or approved.

You wouldn't show up at an empty house and walk in with someone you didn't know anything about... well neither would we.

We will continue filming virtual tours of all of our units for distribution, and answering all questions until you feel comfortable enough applying for any available apartment.

We learned alot during COVID and realized that this is the safest way for us to proceed even after the pandemic.

Milestone Monday: Big day for LMG!

Lette Management Group is now looking to hire a part-time person to our team.

The majority of responsibilities can be done remotely, answering phones, emails, gathering information, office work once in a while, keeping the boss on schedule, helping with tenant move-ins, etc.

Hours are flexible. Real estate, homeownership or rental experience preferred but not required.

This is a position that will have the opportunity for growth for the right individual.
