We purchased 61 Vandenburgh Ave for $1,025,000.
It was a prime multifamily property across from Hudson Valley Community College, surrounded by a blend of single-family homes and commercial conveniences.
But there was a twist.
The rear driveway didn't line up with the easement on the map.
It partially sat on the neighbor's property.
A potential deal breaker?
