We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and business associate, Jerry Braden. Jerry was a valued member of the Olympia family, working specifically with Olympia Construction, Inc., and had been an integral part of our company's success for many years.

Through countless projects, Jerry brought his unwavering commitment and passion to each and every one of them. He was a true professional and always went above and beyond to ensure that every property was done to the highest standards.

LaGrange Springs is officially open! Two branches of the company, both Olympia Development and Olympia Construction, Inc. came together to work on this project and are thrilled to show off the finished product. Our development team is working hard to close on a new construction project Bray Senior Village located in Manchester, GA. Once closed this community 11 buildings and 56 units.

It’s time to meet the team! Today we want to recognize Jeremy Bain who is key team member at not only Olympia Development, but Olympia Construction, Inc. and Olympia Engineering as well. He certainly wears many hats and always a great attitude. Whether he is working on civil design or lending a hand in development or construction, he does it with a smile and keeps us all laughing. We want to send a warm farewell to Judy Claburn who officially retired Friday. Judy has been with us for 10 years spending much of her time in Accounts Payable.
