Pineview Apartments is now receiving applications. We have one apartment that will be available as of May 28, 2016. The rent is $425/ month with a $300. We provide quality service and hold high expectations of our residents.

- must be considerate of other neighbors by maintaining the tranquility around your apartment

- respectful of property inside and outside of the apartment

- pay rent on time

Ask about how J&I properties can sell you a house!

Pineview is a subsidiary of J&I Properties. If you have 20% down (which you should anyway when buying a house), then most likely you can achieve what we call the American Dream. Leave a message for us if you're interested.

Pineview Apartments is now accepting applications for a newly renovated apartment. Rent is 450/ monthly with $300 deposit. We pay for garabage disposal. If you are a good neighbor and want to be surrounded by other good, quiet neighbors, we have the place for you. Please contact us at 256-571-5279, preferably after 3pm Monday- Friday or anytime on the weekends.

The management of Pineview Apartments is committed to providing a safe, clean, and family friendly community to call home. As of May of 2012, the residents will have a community garden to grow some of their favorite fruits and vegetables. If you are looking for a great community to call home, we would love for you to be our neighbor.

All 7 apartments are currently full. However, we can add you to... our waiting list. Customers on the waiting list will be contacted in order once an apartment opens up.
