🚨 FIRST-TIME BUYERS: can we retire this idea already?

“I need 20% down before I can even THINK about buying a house.”

You may not.
And assuming you need tens of thousands of dollars sitting in the bank can stop you from even asking what's possible.

Depending on your finances, the property and the loan program, your path to homeownership may look very different than what you've pictured.

That's why I keep saying:
Don't disqualify yourself before you've talked to someone who knows what questions to ask.

Maybe you're ready.
Maybe you're not.
Maybe we create a plan for six months from now.

All three answers are perfectly okay.
After 34 years in real estate, I'd much rather help you understand your options than have you spend another year assuming homeownership isn't possible. ❤️🏡

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families and friends who experienced unimaginable loss, and the courageous first responders who put themselves in harm’s way to help others.

To anyone whose family member, friend, or loved one was directly affected by this tragedy: please know they are not forgotten. We remember them, we honor them, and we continue to keep their memories alive.

As we reflect today, may we appreciate the time we have with one another and choose to extend a little more kindness, compassion, and support to those around us.

We will never forget.
