As pertaining to HOMEBUYERS, Peter Snell Realtors and its licensees:
1.) Does not require, but may request, that a prospective buyer-client show identification prior to viewing a property;
2.) Does not require, but may request, that a prospective buyer-client sign an Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement;
3.) Does not require, but may request, that a prospective buyer-client show proof that they are either pre-qualified or pre-approved for a mortgage loan or that they show proof of funds necessary to purchase the property prior to viewing a property. However, the above is required prior to writing an Offer to Purchase. See less
