Hi Folks!
Please tell us your home buying nightmares! Were you talked out of a home inspection? Were you told you wouldn’t get this house unless you went in with no contingencies like a home inspection, chimney inspection, radon testing, or any other of the normal protections you used to be able to guard yourself against nightmares? Did you pay too much for your home? Did you discover major repairs which were needed after you closed on your home that you sure wished you knew about beforehand? We are working with the NYS government to put forth a law which would allow anyone buying a home to have a home inspection within ten days of the offer being accepted regardless of the terms of the sale. We need your stories!
