When you work with me to buy or sell a home or land in the greater Albuquerque/Santa Fe area, it helps others find a home, too. Whether you are a native or new to the area, upsizing or downsizing, investing or divesting, I will provide you with the most attentive, responsive service to secure the outcome you have in mind. Working with an experienced team, I'll guide you through all of the critical
details. While I love helping people find the home of their dreams, it's important that my work has a broader impact. But too many others aren't as fortunate. So I have committed to donate a portion of every commission to an organization that works to provide a home for the unhoused, refugees and asylum seekers, at-risk youth, victims of domestic violence, and unwanted animals. I will donate, in your name, $150 to one of the following organizations. You simply choose the recipient. Choice of beneficiaries includes:
- New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness works with over 80 agencies and partner providers around the State to offer comprehensive services, housing options, resources, funding, and advocacy to support homeless individuals and families. https://www.nmceh.org/
- S.A.F.E House shelters and empowers survivors of intimate partner domestic violence. Their Rapid Re-Housing program at S.A.F.E. House supports participants in finding safe, stable and affordable housing that meets their needs. Programs range from providing move-out supplies, full or partial rental assistance, and other supportive services. https://www.safehousenm.org/
-Casa Q provides safe living options and services for LGBTQ youth at risk of and experiencing homelessness. https://www.casaq.org/
- United Voices for Newcomer Rights cultivates educational, economic, cultural, social, physical and mental health resources in partnership with newcomers (refugees, immigrants, asylum-seekers, and others who are new to the United States) to empower them to achieve system change that supports their well-being and integration in their new communities. https://www.uvnr.org/
- Rescue Rovers - New Mexico Transport
In addition to spay/neuter, foster, and adoption programs, animal relocation has been critical in reducing the number of pets euthanized in shelters each year. Rescue Rovers transports up to 100 pets each month from rural shelters around New Mexico and northern Mexico to foster and adoptive homes in Utah. https://www.rescuerovers.org/about-us
Other beneficiaries are considered upon request. My goal is to support organizations that directly impact the lives of those in New Mexico. If you would like to make a larger impact, please consider:
- I'll match (up to $150) when you donate to the same organization.
- I'll donate another $150 when you volunteer at least 4 hours for that organization.
- I'll invite you to one of our regular fundraisers.
