Ice Cube said it best, today was a good day! This morning, we closed on this property in Alamogordo. This transaction was a different challenge--our buyer only spoke Spanish. Fortunately for me, I hablo the español 🇪🇸. I was a bit rusty, but it's my first language, so I managed to make it work.

Luckily, there were no major hiccups and we were able to close two-and-a-half weeks from date of acceptance. Everything moved fast, but we made it and all parites were satisfied with the deal. 🤝
