....The UNRENTABLE SPACE HAS BEEN RENTED! I don't believe this has been leased for over 15 years....but not because it's a Flawed space, but because some people see things others don't....This space has been in a grey shell condition since the ownership acquired the property in 2008 (just walls and concrete slab). I am really excited to say it has now been leased and I can't wait to see the finished product when these two visionaries are done building out their new concept at this hidden gem (Soon to be a not so hidden GYM) at 1100 San Mateo in at the corner of Lomas and San Mateo. It was great working with Jesse Davis and Kyleigh Davis and truly appreciated their organization and efforts on getting all the pieces together to make this a successful transaction. Just wrapped up a lease with J.E.M’s Bright Star Grooming at Las Tiendas Center at 10200 Corrales. I represented the tenant in this transaction.
