I took a quick trip up to Sandía Crest last weekend, and it was the perfect reminder of why so many people fall in love with Albuquerque. From the sweeping desert views to the peaceful trails and endless sky—it’s a special kind of calm that’s hard to explain until you see it for yourself.

🏡 Referral Closed — and this one started with a hunch.

Right before I moved out of Oregon, I noticed our neighbors were packing up and quietly preparing to sell. There was no sign in the yard, no listing online—just that gut instinct you get when you’ve been doing this a while.

So I did what any real estate-obsessed neighbor would do: I walked over, introduced myself, and got the details. The timing couldn’t have been better—a good friend of mine had been searching for a home in the area.

That intuition helped lead to a successful off-market purchase—no bidding wars, no public listings, just good timing and local insight. Even though I was leaving the state, I’m happy I was able to play a small part in making this one happen.

🏡 Under Contract! 🖊️✨

This one is extra special 💛
I’m helping an amazing couple buy their very first home — and it all started with a referral from a dear friend and fellow broker in another city. 🤝

We hit the ground running. I helped them find a great lender, and on day one of house hunting, we found the one. ✅

We spent time going over the Buyer Broker Agreement, Listing Agreement and Purchase Contract - answering all their questions so they felt confident starting this process and making an offer.

Now we’re officially under contract and moving forward with inspections, appraisal, and then… closing day! 🏁🔑

So grateful for their trust, the teamwork, and the referral that brought us together 💫

Back to the Land of Enchantment! 🌄🌵

After a whirlwind year full of life changes—moving to Oregon to be closer to family, welcoming a beautiful baby, and getting married—we’re officially back in New Mexico! 💛

My husband recently started a new chapter with UNM Hospital here in Albuquerque, and we’re excited to call NM home again. From green chile to big skies to the most amazing sunsets, there’s just nothing like it here.
