This transaction closed in just 11 days and at full listing price, which is an incredible accomplishment and does not happen by accident. 👏

What made this sale especially unique was being able to navigate a transaction that required communication and coordination with two separate sellers throughout the process. While there were definitely some communication challenges along the way, everyone stayed committed to getting to the finish line, and we were able to make it happen. I still can’t believe what connected us wasn’t work but was and Ann. It was meant to be and I loved that we were to reunite and come together to make this all happen!
