🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEWEST PRICE GROUP SELLER! 🏡❤️

This one is special.

When a close family friend calls you on a Saturday afternoon—in between showings, open houses, practices, and the general chaos of keeping up with our kiddos—and says, “I need your help. I need to get my house on the market as soon as possible,” you don’t waste time.

You build a custom seller strategy. And you get to work.

We were at the house in less than 24 hours, getting a plan together and figuring out exactly what needed to happen. Four days later, this home officially debuted on the market.

About a week and a half after that?

JUST PENDED. ❤️

But this one feels bigger than a pending sign.

Knowing that we may have helped create a solution to a few of their problems, given them a little breathing room, and maybe—just maybe—helped unlock the door to what comes next fills our hearts.

Just shy of two weeks ago, Robert received an online inquiry from a seller who had a timeline, a goal, and was ready to rock. He needed to sell his Albuquerque home so he could move on to the next chapter of his life…which may or may not include ocean waves and sunshine. 🌊☀️
