Greetings, it has been a while and we've made some changes at our furnished rental (aka Art House ABQ)! We will continue offering it as a mid-term rental with a minimum of one month and maximum TBD depending on availability. The difference is we have taken it off AirBnB and renters will book with us directly.
The AirBnB platform was a mixed bag; it definitely helped us figure out how to become landlords and property managers, and mostly worked pretty smoothly. But we'd like to downsize the portion of our lives run by multinational platforms, and have a closer connection to our community in our dealings as property owners.
So if you're interested in renting the house, please PM us and we'll send you a PDF with all the details. The short version is: It's a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1400-square-foot Watson adobe in Albuquerque's historic downtown, just blocks from Old Town. Both the front and backyards are shady; the back is fenced. Neighbors are wonderful. :) Rent includes all utilities and landscape maintenance; it ranges from $2500/mo to $2000/mo depending on how long you stay.
