Active: Properties available for viewing (your competition if you're listing).

Pending: Properties that are under contract and going through their due diligence period.

Closed: Properties that have successfully sold and people are already living in them.

2. Days on Market (DOM) ⏳
The average DOM tells you if properties in that neighborhood are listed too high, listed appropriately, or selling quickly. This is your estimated timeline for how long properties are typically available to be viewed.

3. List to Sales Price đź’°
This is the raw data on the actual purchase price compared to what sellers are listing their properties for. It indicates the market's health:
