Why do some homes take longer to sell than others?

Many homeowners are asking this question in today's market.

A home can be well-maintained, professionally marketed, and competitively priced, yet still take longer to sell when buyers are more selective.

The important thing is understanding what's happening.

Is the asking price competitive? How does the property compare with other available homes? Are the photos and presentation attracting attention? What does the showing activity tell us?

A good listing strategy isn't something you establish once and forget.

It should evolve as market conditions and buyer feedback change.

If your home is on the market, stay engaged with your broker and have regular conversations about the strategy, market conditions, and any warranted adjustments.

Good information leads to better decisions.

Legal Fun at GAAR! There’s so much more to real estate than helping clients buy and sell. Having knowledge regarding Deeds, Wills, Probate, Divorce, etc…is an asset to have in a Realtor.
