Kiko’s journey isn’t your typical real estate story… in fact, real estate wasn’t even part of the plan.
Originally from Kingsville, Texas, he studied International Business at Texas A&M, Kingsville before joining a university exchange program in Mexico City — a move that opened unexpected doors.

“I had the chance to work with Mercedes-Benz and Huggies,” he recalls. “It was fun and exciting, and such hands-on experience.”
After returning to the U.S., he finished his program at UNM, worked at Univision, and eventually launched his own retail store in 2002 — proving he’s always been driven by vision, innovation, and courage.

Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit is what fuels his real estate success.
We’re honored to feature his story.
