Bob Arguelles with Metro Commercial Realty represented both the seller and developers in the purchase of the site.

Bob Arguelles, an Associate Broker with Metro Commercial Realty brokered the land transaction to the developers and subsequently represented them in the lease to Flix Brewouse - Albuquerque. Additionally Bob also brokered a lease agreement between the developers and Village Pizza. Village Pizza is scheduled to open in Spring 2017.
