This one was a double header with both closing and funding and recording on the same day‼️Back to back closings rely on all the planets and stars to align and it truly “takes a village”, along with team work makes the dream work! Murphy’s Law & flying in under the radar all applied here including a quick pivot to close at a local coffee shop due to a power outage at the title company ⚡️☕️! Was it easy? No! Was it without challenges? No! Was I “in the dog house” at times? Yes! Was it worth it? YES! These clients tried to sell their house the year before with no luck 🚫🍀. Not only did we get it sold for list price, we found the perfect in-town Nob Hill home for their new chapter! Congrats on both closings! Thanks to all at Centric Title and to my assistant Megan with Admin Angels 😇

I’ve finally come up for air! 💨 I had the recent experience of actually being on the true “buy-side” of a transaction as a buyer and let me tell you, 📣 I have a deep respect for what buyers go through and what lenders do behind the scenes to make $h*t happen! This process is more than meets the eye 👁️! Now I have a first hand perspective and deep understanding of why there can be moments of “crazy” when a buyer calls and is off the rails! Lenders do a good job of protecting buyers from the insanity behind the scenes and of what magic🪄 they must perform to make a deal work 🫪. Communication is key 🔑 to get the 🔑🔑 to the house! 😂

I’m sure there were some bittersweet moments in this one 💔. We successfully got his childhood home under contract and closed in less than 45 days. Thank you for trusting me with the home you grew up in 🏠

The 25th annual trek into the NM desert for our spectacular Cancer Loves Leo event! Some of us even share the same day birthday and we’ve been celebrating together for 25 years! We shared a great meal, sang our anthems and danced under the stars! Weather was perfection along with the company and food! I love these people ♥️
