As reported by Albuquerque Business First, the site has secured a $32M building permit for a new Nobis Rehabilitation Hospital—a 52,000+ SF facility bringing critical healthcare services and long-term investment to the area.

This wasn’t a quick win - years of zoning, coordination, and persistence brought it across the finish line.

Now it’s real. And it’s rising.
