For a long time, I thought success meant climbing the ladder.
And I did that.
Over a decade I was in private aviation. Managing at a high level. Fast-paced, high standards, no room for error. I learned how to lead, how to problem solve under pressure, and how to deliver an experience people never forget.
I reached the top of my career… and realized there was nowhere left to go.
No next step. No bigger role. Just… more of the same.
And that didn’t sit right with me.
Because I’ve never been someone who settles into “this is just how it is.”
So I made a shift.
I took everything I learned — systems, service, attention to detail — and built something of my own. Something that gives me more freedom, more creativity, and more control over my future.
Now I help create spaces and experiences people love walking into… not just stepping onto.
It’s different. It’s mine. And I’m still growing.
Turns out, sometimes hitting the top isn’t the finish line… it’s the turning point.
