Twenty-three years of friendship… and getting to be part of another major chapter. 🏡

David and I have been friends since we were 15 or 16 years old. I had the privilege of handing him and Hanna the keys to their second home together while we’re also under contract to sell the home where they’ve built so many memories.

Been doing this for quite a while now so reviews are part of the business, BUT when the review is this stellar it really confirms my abilities.

Real estate doesn't have to be hard, it doest have to be glamorous, and it's not what you see on HGTV. We do have a ton of flexibility in our schedules but we also work late nights, weekends, holidays, and have to get the answers to pressing question at a moments notice. Well, all of this is true if you're truly a master of your craft.

Now to this review. The buyer was referred to me by and who have been incredible clients and friends since the day I met them. Fast forward and they've completed a few transactions with me. When .mitchmt needed a realtor and knew he had to have this house, there was only one person for the job. From the moment we spoke we clicked and my mission was to get him this damn house! Multiple offers, didn't scare him. Swinging for the fences, like he was Ohtani! Backed by a bad ass lender The rest is history.
