Our Story

The Overlook Apartments at 6200 Eubank NE, in Albuquerque NM is officially part of the Living Well Homes family and our first Albuquerque property! Offering six distinctive one and two-bedroom apartment home layouts, the Overlook offers spacious residences, a safe, welcoming environment for all (including pets!) and all the amenities to live your best life.

The Overlook’s homes include a variety of features including a pass-through serving bar, built-in pantry for extra storage, generous-sized walk-in closet, cozy wood-burning fireplace, and full-size washer/dryer. The property boasts two shimmering heated pools, two relaxing spas and a picnic area with a charcoal grill and dining area.

Located at the Sandia Mountains, we are across the street from one of Albuquerque’s most beautiful city parks and within minutes of I-25 and I-40.
