Ø During: 10 to 20% Operations (working with clients, showing homes, writing contracts, etc.)
Ø After: 5 to 10% of their time handling a client’s affairs during the escrow process.
Ø After Sale: 0 to 5%
We, on the other hand, spend 75% of our time during the transaction, educating our clients and being advocates for them. We spend our other 25% of time serving our clients’ needs AFTER the transaction has been concluded. We can spend our time this way because the vast majority of our business comes from recommendations from our client base. Only a small portion of our business, less than 25%, comes from cautious people who find us on the Internet or on sign calls. Real simple … the “marriage” may be real bliss at first but once you enter the escrow period, over fifty people are involved with your transaction.
