Some of our best days on the course have nothing to do with real estate! 🏌️

For the tenth year, Realty One of New Mexico brought together brokers, clients, and community members at Santa Ana Golf Club for the R1 New Mexico Charity Golf Classic — a day of golf with a purpose far bigger than the scorecard.

This year's proceeds supported three organizations doing essential work across our state: the New Mexico Dream Center, supporting survivors of human trafficking; Silver Horizons, serving low-income seniors; and NMDOG, working to end the chaining of dogs across Bernalillo County.

A decade in, this tournament has become one of our favorite traditions — a reminder that the same community we help families find homes in is a community worth investing back into.

The calendar says it's still summer, but the desert knows better. The mornings are cooler. The light is softer. And suddenly every trail, every overlook, every open space is calling.

The Tent Rocks at Kasha-Katuwe National Monument is a perfect place to kick off the season — otherworldly rock formations, slot canyon vibes, and views from the top that remind you why people fall in love with this landscape.

A UNM diner just got recognized by Michelin — and honestly, we're not surprised! 🙌

Frontier has been feeding Albuquerque since long before anyone here was thinking about Michelin stars. Endless coffee. Green chile that doesn't hold back. A cinnamon roll that's basically a rite of passage.

Frontier was named a Bib Gourmand in the inaugural Michelin Guide Southwest — Michelin's way of recognizing exceptional food at a great price. No white tablecloths required. Just consistently good New Mexican cooking that's been a UNM-area institution for decades.
