✨ A little late posting this one… between sick kiddos, catching the flu myself, and spring break + Easter, life has been BUSY—but it feels so good to be getting back into a routine! 🙌

Huge congratulations to my amazing seller on the successful sale of her home! 🏡💛 This one was extra special—she was relocating out of state for work, so I had the honor of being her “boots on the ground” and handling every detail of the transaction while she was away.

We definitely had some challenges and tough negotiations along the way, but we got it DONE 💪✨ And now she can move forward without the stress of two mortgages and focus on planting new roots in her next chapter 🌱

Huge congratulations to my longtime friend Tyler on the purchase of his home 🏡👏
We’ve known each other since middle school, and it’s pretty wild going from us being total sh****ad kids/teenagers to grown adults hitting major life milestones. 🤣💪 I’m incredibly grateful that he chose and trusted me to be his Realtor and that I got to be part of such an important moment for him and his family. Real estate is amazing ✨ and I’m so happy to share this special closing for my wonderful friends. Seeing this come full circle has been such a beautiful thing to be part of. ♥️
📖 Story time, stay with me!
Back in March/April, my friend called and said they had a HUGE dream. They wanted to get out of the city and into the East Mountains, more land, space for chickens, greenhouses, sustainability… and her mom and sister were joining too! 🌲🐓 To make this dream happen, we needed to sell two homes in Rio Rancho.
So we got to work.
✔️ Step 1: Listed and sold her mom’s home in June.
✔️ Step 2: Listed their own home… and hit every bump possible — title clouds, buyer delays, you name it.
✔️ Step 3: Find the perfect Home… a home in Tijeras came on the market — wooded, spacious, plenty of land, and everything they needed to live their dream together.
With amazing people on all sides, we pushed through and got it done 💪🏼
All while this was happening… they welcomed a brand new baby boy 👶💙
Now they’re settling in, celebrating the holidays in their new home, and planting real roots — literally. I gifted them a tree 🌱 so they can watch it grow right alongside this new chapter.
