Buying a home doesn’t have to be confusing.

Sometimes all it takes is a Chipotle bowl to make it make sense. 🌯🏡

The houses are important… but the people are my favorite part. ❤️

🏡 Just because a home is brand new doesn’t mean it’s perfect.

We wrapped up inspections on a new construction home today, and while there were no major concerns, there were still items that need to be corrected before closing.

A few hundred dollars spent on an inspection today could potentially save thousands down the road.

🏡 Thinking about building instead of buying resale? I can help with that too! ✨

Whether you’re looking in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, East Mountains, Mesa del Sol, Los Lunas, or even considering a private builder, having your own REALTOR® by your side matters more than most people realize.

From helping you compare builders and communities, negotiating incentives, reviewing contracts, explaining timelines, and being there through every stage from dirt to keys 🔑 — I help make the process smoother, less stressful, and protect your best interests along the way.

A builder’s sales rep works for the builder… but I work for YOU. 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about a new build, let’s talk about your options and find the right fit for your goals, budget, and lifestyle! 🏠✨

✨ A little late posting this one… between sick kiddos, catching the flu myself, and spring break + Easter, life has been BUSY—but it feels so good to be getting back into a routine! 🙌

Huge congratulations to my amazing seller on the successful sale of her home! 🏡💛 This one was extra special—she was relocating out of state for work, so I had the honor of being her “boots on the ground” and handling every detail of the transaction while she was away.

We definitely had some challenges and tough negotiations along the way, but we got it DONE 💪✨ And now she can move forward without the stress of two mortgages and focus on planting new roots in her next chapter 🌱

After being in her home since 1996, this was an emotional goodbye—but also the start of something new and exciting ❤️

I’m so grateful for your trust and proud to have represented you every step of the way. Congratulations again!! 🎉🥂

Huge congratulations to my longtime friend Tyler on the purchase of his home 🏡👏
We’ve known each other since middle school, and it’s pretty wild going from us being total sh****ad kids/teenagers to grown adults hitting major life milestones. 🤣💪 I’m incredibly grateful that he chose and trusted me to be his Realtor and that I got to be part of such an important moment for him and his family. This is truly a great house at a great price, and I know it’ll be filled with so many memories! Plenty of space for family time, his cars, and all the good years ahead. I’m so proud of you, Tyler, and so thankful to have been part of this chapter 🤍✨
