Change is inevitable, consistency is key, growth is optional....

As I contemplated the change before me, I experienced the usual emotions and "what if's". ERA Sellers & Buyers is a company I will forever be grateful to for the culture, education and support, so when I heard that change was on the horizon, it felt a little bit unsettling. I knew the change was good, I am ecstatic that the helm of an already great ship will be under leadership that will make it even better because I know their heart, commitment and experience will keep us on course. The logo and new name rattled around my brain for a few weeks, and in the wee hours of the morning it dawned on me.

Familiar to the Sandia Mountain, a stable, iconic sight along the Albuquerque skyline, the mountain peak in the logo represents that same steady, reliable service of the company with a legacy of 58 years in the community.

Summit ; the highest point of a hill or mountain. Of course it had to be Summit because we will climb to new heights individually, professionally and as a company!

As two of my personal hero's take the lead, I could not be more proud! They have given of themselves tirelessly to reach their pinnacle and are kind enough to take our company with them.

All that to say, same great company, same incredible people, same great values and service reaching new heights!
