Levi B Chavez and I attended the annual Albuquerque Association of Realtors Awards Gala last night. My wonderful QB David Lynch, (that’s a Qualifying Broker, not a quarterback, but practically the same thing in real estate), took home Sales Manager of the year! I’m glad I got to be there to cheer him on his win because it’s well deserved!! I don’t call him often, but when I do, I legitimately need help and he’s always there for Jennifer Hubby and I! Jen and I were also honored by being noted in the production achievement section of the program! Go team! , , , , , MJRealtors, ILoveMyJob

Four years ago on Father’s Day, my daddy went to heaven. So I’m wishing a very special Father’s Day to my papa in heaven. He never got to meet Nicholas, but he adored Aria and I’m sure he is loving his grandson from a distance! My dad gave me his eyes, his extroverted nature, and his love of football! Happy Father’s Day dad, I hope you and Mom are enjoying the day together! Love you!

Levi B Chavez completely outdid himself yesterday for our one year anniversary! I didn’t know where we were going, I was just told how to dress and what time to be ready. The evening started with Levi presenting me with the most beautiful necklace, (which I’m wearing in the photos), and then we started to drive and headed towards the Sandia Mountains. For the first time ever, I finally rode the Tram! At the top of the mountain, we headed to TEN 3, which can only be described as the most exquisite restaurant I’ve ever been to! To say last night was the most romantic night of my life, is an understatement! What a perfect way to commemorate one year around the sun together!  I am truly blessed! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Yesterday, April 2nd 2025, my beautiful mama, and the strongest woman I’ve ever known, (Priscilla Carrion Ulibarri), decided it was time to go and meet Jesus. I am who I am because of this woman, and I will be forever grateful for that. Mom, I will miss being able to call you daily as I have for decades; whether it was just to say hello, to gossip, or to ask how to make red chile. 🥹🥹 Thank you for giving me my love of the arts, my love of animals, and especially how to be strong like you! I love you, always and forever!

OK, say what you will about New Kids On the Block, but they put on one hell of a show last night. Probably one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had at a concert and it’s not my first time seeing them! Didn’t get home till close to 1 AM, and had to get up at six to head out for an inspection in the mountains at 9 AM, but it was TOTALLY worth it! Thanks again .velasco.31508, I’ve decided you’re my fairy godmother!

Mama is submitting contracts and cleaning up email while Aria works hard on watching her tablet! 🤣 This lucky girl gets to attend multiple meetings today, and because she has to work with me all day, if I can squeeze it in, I’m going to take her to see Inside Out after that. 🤞🤞🙃🙃 ,
