Did you know that one of the local builders here in Albuquerque has a Home Buyers Club that helps buyers get into a new build?? If you are not qualified due to no/little money down, rough credit, or just need some extra time to get things in order this program has options for you while still qualifying you to get into the home. Process takes about 4.5 months while they are building your home!!! If you have been thinking about a new home but didn’t think you were qualified, give me a call and let’s go see some new build homes!

I was able to sit in on a builders panel yesterday and they have a lot of subdivisions being built out across the area. These are a few of the avaibale houses and the current rates in another division!

We are definitely in a transitioning market!
We have been in a sellers market for a long time. Now it’s time for the buyers to have a turn. If you have been on the fence waiting to buy, now is a great time to start looking for that next property.

We are at the fun part of our remodel - putting things back together and picking out designs. We have granite going into this home for the kitchen and single bath. We got a great deal on the last house and put in marble.

Hot tubs in rooms are nice when it’s ventalated properly. While at the time it might seem like a great idea please seek the advice of a professional prior to putting in the time and money.
