Today we officially closed on 206 N Maple St. in Mancelona!

I’m incredibly grateful to my Clients for the patience, trust, and flexibility they showed throughout this entire process. Real estate doesn’t always follow a perfectly straight path, and their willingness to work through each step helped us get to the closing table today.

I also want to thank the Buyer’s agent and their Buyer. This closing truly took cooperation from everyone involved, and I appreciate the joint effort to keep things moving forward and see it through to the finish.

Some of you may know that a big part of what I do goes beyond traditional real estate. My husband, Jon and I love working together…buying and selling properties of our own, renovating homes, and giving them a second life. Along the way, I also have the privilege of working with some incredible people and helping them transition into their next chapter here in beautiful Northern Michigan.
