Woodside Place is a newly constructed community located in the beautiful, historic village of Alden, NY. Situated just behind Tops Friendly Markets off Broadway, these townhomes offer easy access to grocery shopping, local small businesses, doctor offices, and pharmacies.

Named after the woodland landscape of the surrounding property, Woodside Place presents a modern farmhouse style exterior including a partial stone front, private individual entrances, patio, and attached garages. The community is comprised of 5 buildings, with six homes in each.
