Just got one of my buyers $25,000 cash back using the home inspection report. How? By NOT waiving the home inspection contingency!

Buyers, if possible, please don’t waive home inspections anymore, especially for homes built more than 7-8 Years ago. With rising interest rates, the market has reversed slightly and if your realtor recommends to waive home inspection on an older house, please push back and avoid waiving it. You can get some serious cash back, or a significant price reduction using the issues you find in the home inspection report.
