This little beauty in my hometown of HURST sold in less than a week with multiple offers!!
So proud of our Adaptive Design Build Team!! WE knocked this one out of the park!!

Originally, this was a 3/1.5/1 with 1083 sqft that needed lots of love and attention. The previous owners did some "personal upgrades" that were damaging and just plain wrong. We converted to 3/2/1 with 1107 sqft and added a laundry room inside the home!

We demo-ed this house down to the studs and most of the sheet rock to re-wire all the electrical and replace all the original plumbing with Pex lines. Luckily this pier and beam home made that easy. We beefed up some need floor joist and replaced most of the sub-floor where we could in the bathrooms and kitchen and dining. Where we found original hardwoods still in good condition we kept all that beauty! We took took out a wall to open up this kitchen, living and dining area and added a engineered header for strength. We also closed in an odd vaulted dining ceiling. Lastly we converted the master half bath to a full by re arranging closets.

We added Smart Side exterior board and batten after we removed all the vinyl siding. We also pre-wired for data and re-textured the whole house before we added all new trim and doors. These are not all the picts but you get a good idea!
