Good morning Agents,

We are excited to introduce a new weekly Agent Caravan initiative for the Lake Martin Area Association of REALTORS®.

Beginning immediately, Tuesdays from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM will serve as our designated Caravan Day for agent tours throughout the Lake Martin area.

The goal of this effort is simple — to create one consistent day where agents can tour more inventory, stay informed on current listings, and better serve buyers by seeing homes firsthand. Agent Caravans are also a great opportunity to connect with fellow licensees in the area who may already have the perfect buyer in mind for your featured listing.

This is an optional open house event intended for agent tours only. Of course, you are still welcome to host open houses on any other day that works best for you and your sellers.

To participate, simply add your open house to the MLS as a Broker Open House. You can then click a link to view instructions on how to search “Caravan Tour” listings and create a driving route for the day. Link will be added to post for that week.

We hope this becomes a valuable resource for everyone and helps increase exposure for listings across the lake area.
