Several weeks ago this wonderful couple closed on their new home with me. We looked at so many homes that she was beginning to panic a little bit that we wouldn’t find the one but we did. Sometimes the search may not be easy but the prize at the end is so worth it. To see the smiles and the excitement on their faces at the closing table is the greatest thing I could ever ask for. Boy when I tell you this gentleman kept me on my toes, you better believe he did. I have known this precious lady for many years and had only met him a couple of times. He quickly grew on me and I enjoyed getting to know him a little better. Congratulations to my sweet friend and her amazing husband on your new home! Thank you for trusting me through the process. Thank you to People’s Mortgage for a smooth loan process and to Lakeview Title for an easy closing.

A few weeks ago this amazing family had not one but two closings with me! Sadly I could only be at one of them. I have felt so blessed to be their selling and buying agent. We looked at so many homes to find the one that was right for them. During the home search we seen some very odd things and had so many laughs. Being a part of this family’s home journey was so enjoyable and I always looked forward to our next showing. I am so thankful for their trust in me. Special thank you to Shonnie at People’s Mortgage for handling the loan process, to Becky Bolton for stepping in for me, and to Dean McConatha for another smooth closing.
