There are plenty of beautiful lakes. But Lake Martin has a way of feeling different.

It’s the size.
The miles of shoreline.
The endless coves and places to explore.
The accessibility from major Alabama cities.
And the feeling that you can spend a weekend here without ever feeling like you’re in a crowded resort town.

For some, Lake Martin is a weekend escape.

For others, it becomes a second home, a family tradition, or a place they never want to leave.

That’s the beauty of Lake Martin — there’s room for you to make it your own.

And if you’re considering a lake home, I’d love to show you why so many people choose to make theirs here. 🌊

There’s a lot to like about Shiner’s Cove — but I think the real draw is the opportunity.

New construction.
Waterfront and water-access homesites.
Thoughtfully designed floorplans.
Designated builders.
Dock options.
And a community being created around the Lake Martin lifestyle.

It’s not simply about buying a new house.

It’s about having the opportunity to choose how you want to experience Lake Martin — and creating a place to come back to for years to come.

That’s what makes Shiner’s Cove so exciting to me.

And I’m proud to represent it.

If Shiner’s Cove has caught your attention, let’s talk. I’d be happy to walk you through the homesites, floorplans, and opportunities currently available.
