Just now getting caught up from last week.

I LOVE my job and the amazing people I get to meet along the way!

This one was certainly no exception. ❤️ Helping Daniel find the right place has been such a fun journey, and Aunt Betty has been right there alongside us every step of the way. I’m so thankful they trusted me to be a part of this chapter and so excited for Daniel and everything ahead of him in his new home!

A huge thank you to Hunter McBride with Breeze Mortgage, powered by Edge Home Finance, Lillian Lynn with eXp Realty, and South Oak Title & Closing in Moody for helping us get this one across the finish line. It truly takes a team, and I’m grateful for every person who helped make this closing happen.

A whole lot of HAPPY at yesterday’s closing table! 🏡🔑❤️

Congratulations, Haylie & Logan!! From searching for that first home to finally sitting at the closing table with keys in hand, I am SO excited for you both!

Somewhere along the way, these two went from being my clients to being people I’m genuinely happy to call friends. And that may just be one of the very best parts of this job. ❤️

MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LOVE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!! 🥹

Every closing is special, but getting to help Morgan & Tyler buy their very first home was really sentimental for this Mama.

We hit a couple of bumps along the way, but with a great team, we worked through them and got these two HOME!

Hunter McBride and the crew at Breeze Mortgage; I’ve thanked you a hundred times and I’ll probably thank you a hundred more. There’s a reason I trust you with my people. You don’t just say “that won’t work.” You figure out what WILL. You answer my 47 phone calls, tolerate my crazy ideas 😂 and just keep digging until you find a way. But this time, “my people” were MY PEOPLE. My kids. And I’ll never forget how hard you worked for them. ❤️

Lindsey Ray with Weichert, Realtors - The Space Place-thank you for being so great to work with on the other side! And Callie Haynes & Waterfront Closing & Title , thank you for getting us through schedule changes and a smooth closing to ultimately putting those keys in their hands!

And then we went to THEIR house and I got to see them sitting on THEIR front porch.
