I am so happy for my buyers on this one. They were absolutely great about learning the home buying process as we went through it, they kept a great attitude as it took us a few offers to win, and they got their new home in their target neighborhood of RESTON!!

Oh by the way…they also stressed from the beginning keeping their home inspection contingency. Guess what? We won WITH the contingency!! This market is fast paced and at times may feel like you have to do crazy things to win, but that isn’t true. Knowing what you are and are not comfortable with will allow you to be even more confident as you go through the process.

📢 SOLD!!! 🍾

We are selling houses! My sellers had a bittersweet moment with the sale of their home. They loved their community of Occoquan and are sad to leave it, but are thrilled to be moving to their new (bigger) dream home. I am so happy for them to have been able to get their home sold with the terms they were looking for – and more!

I am grateful for them trusting me through the process and am excited for them as they move on to their new chapter!

My buddy from high school called me up and said he was looking for a spot in the heart of Old Town. He was tired of renting and wanted to start paying down his home rather than help someone else (aka his landlord) do that. Within 48 hours we were UNDER CONTRACT!!!

Oh by the way…he also got $4000 in closing costs covered and KEPT ALL HIS CONTINGENCIES 🤯 A lot of people are complaining about it is too hard to get a home in this market. Well my motto is “somebody is winning these houses”. Ask me how I can help you or a friend do the same thing!!

📢 - BRAND NEW EVERYTHING!!

This home is renovated from top to bottom and has OVER 1 Acre of land right on a lake 🏞

My buyers got this great home and guess what? They kept all of their contingencies!! Ask me how I was able to negotiate this deal to make my buyers happy as they moved into their new home 🏡

I believe serving my clients is only the start. For each client I am able to serve, I will also be making a donation to help others in need and spread awareness. This donation will be made to Animal Planets Pitbulls and Parolees. Not only do they do so much to help the misunderstood and mistreated break of Pitbulls, but it is also a great t.v. show to watch!

One of the momements that changed my life was when I picked up a book in my early 20s and read it not because of school, but because I wanted to learn something. Since then, between Audible as well as reading more, my life has changed. I don’t have many regrets, but one of my biggest ones is what I call the “lost decade” where I stopped reading/learning because of school making me not want to. I have some books that have literally changed my life and I am constantly looking for more. If you are looking for some good recommendations let me know. Also, If you know of some good ones, let me know! I am always open to a good book or podcast.

📢 Can’t stop, won’t stop...We are under contract!! 🙌

This house in the heart of Occoquan had it all! Fully updated on the inside with .58 acres of land, we had non-stop showings and a crazy busy open house. In the end my seller had a list of multiple offers to compare and pick which one she wanted 😊

I knew this one wouldn’t last long! In just 2 days, this house had 15+ showings and multiple offers. It didn’t even make it to our open house before going under contract 😲

This amazing home in the heart of Occoquan is literally just steps from the river. Mark my words, in 5 years everyone is going to be looking to be in Occoquan as THE place to be!!
