Had the opportunity to spend July 4 Children International’s national for Children's Miracle Network with my super friends for a July 4th party for the kids. The activity team for CNH does such an incredible job making fun events for the kids. My super friends and I love volunteering to bring some smiles to the kids and families . My super friends have the most amazing costume. The iron man suit is fully functional and the kids loved seeing the lights and the suit move. It had its own Jarvis and sound effects too.

Last week I had the opportunity to do one of my favorite things and cosplay as Superman for all my friends at . My super friends and I visited the hospital for Batten disease awareness. Batten disease is a rare progressive neurological condition that affects children and can lead to loss of mobility, communication, and vision over time. My friends from and I supplied the delicious cookies for the kids, families and staff. Visiting the Children’s National is one of the things that brings me the most joy. I love supporting CMN because of all the good they do for the kids. The real super hero’s are the doctors , nurses, techs and all the support staff that keeps CNH performing .

Had a great time competing at the NPC Warrior Classic! Won first place open super heavyweight and first place masters 40+ had a great time competing at a great event!

I’m had so much fun at the 2 weeks ago i decided to compete at the NPC warrior classic in Manassas VA today! My coaches and got me in amazing condition and I’m ready to compete again! I had a great prep at the best gym in NoVa
