I’m had so much fun at the 2 weeks ago i decided to compete at the NPC warrior classic in Manassas VA today! My coaches and got me in amazing condition and I’m ready to compete again! I had a great prep at the best gym in NoVa

Official stage photos from the are in! did an absolute incredible job with the photos! My coaches got me in the best condition ever for this show. I couldn’t be happier. As happy as I look on stage, how I felt was even better. Getting to compete on the biggest stage in bodybuilding is incredible. All the hard work and discipline of prep was worth the feeling of accomplishment for getting in this condition at 48 years old . It helps make it easier having the best coaches, lifting partner and to work out in!

Had to flex in front of the Arnold statue while I’m here in Columbus with my hardware from yesterday! Having a great time in Columbus !

Really happy how I did and finished 2nd in masters 35+ and 3rd in 40+ at the ! Really pleased with how i looked on stage . Would have preferred to win tho lol first thing I had after was some literally the first thing I walked past back to the room . It was amazing! Looking forward to competing again soon!
