A Personal Note from Rocio Duty

Dear friends, clients, and community,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved husband and business partner, Kurt Duty. Many of you knew Kurt not just as a real estate professional, but as someone who led with heart, integrity, and a true passion for serving others. His presence will be deeply missed in both our personal lives and in the work we built together.

While this is a time of great personal loss, I want to reassure you that The Duty Group remains fully committed to providing the same level of care, expertise, and professionalism you’ve come to expect. Our business continues, and I am here—alongside a strong support network—to carry forward the legacy and values that Kurt and I built together.
