✨JUST CLOSED✨ Sold off-market. some of the most coveted homes are the ones you don’t see online. This adorable cape cod in New Alexandria was matched with its next owners before ever hitting the open market— no scheduling showings around nap times, no boarding up the dog for a weekend, no packing up toys every morning before showings, no open houses. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all-strategy for selling your home, and for some families, the best strategy isn’t the one that gets the most eyes, it’s the one that makes life feel easier while still getting great results.
It’s a little bittersweet closing on this one for me. I met B+P 5 years ago on their first home search journey and since convincing them to move down the street from me we’ve shared countless porch dinners, game nights, pizza nights at the Haven, flower arrangement drop offs, birthday parties, book clubs, bowling leagues… enter weddings, babies, Halloween trick or treating, and everything in between. They are a real reminder of why I love my job so much. I am going to miss riding my bike down the street for a spritz 🧡
