✖️SOLD✖️”the White House” as named by my toddler client. This family had been working with another agent from a big team in Alexandria for months before I was introduced. After a brief text exchange, we met, toured 3 houses, and a day or so later they were under contract on this cutie. Coincidentally enough, they aren’t the first clients to come to me after working with this particular group. While I don’t *love* the notion of being the second agent, it just goes to show that sometimes the teams with the most sold signs or the highest volume might not be the best fit for you, for a variety of reasons (and let the record show I have a ton of respect for these businesses). I have always been selective about where I work and who I work with because I give my clients 100%. Congratulations to my adorable buyers on their first home! What an incredible accomplishment 🏡
