Maryland Metro & DC showed a balanced market with 46% of accepted offers at asking price and 31% above asking. Single-family homes led the property mix at 70%, financing accounted for 85% of transactions, and seller-funded contributions were included in all contracts. Off-market activity remained notable at 23%.

5 years in real estate……

What a journey it has been. 😊

I’m truly grateful for every client, family, friend, mentor, colleague, and supporter who trusted me, referred me, encouraged me, or simply shared my name over the years. Your support has meant more than you know.

Real estate is not an easy industry. There are long days, unpredictable markets, emotional moments, deals that test your patience, and constant pressure behind the scenes. But through it all, I’ve had the opportunity to help people reach major milestones in their lives and that alone makes it worth it.

Over the last five years, I’ve grown tremendously not only as an agent, but as a person. I’ve learned resilience, consistency, patience, and the importance of building real relationships over transactions.

April Contract Roundup

The Maryland Metro & DC market leaned buyer-favorable, with the majority of accepted offers coming in below asking (37%) and a strong 27% occurring off-market. Financing supported 64% of purchases, while single-family homes led the property mix at 46%. Seller-funded contributions remained high at 91%, continuing strong seller participation in deal structure.

The Maryland Mortgage Program doubled their funds for their Montgomery County program. It was $25,000 and now it is $50,000!
