Job Type: Part-Time (Approx 15 hours per week)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Administrative Assistant fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct daily outbound phone calls to prospects, leads, and current/past clients to nurture relationships, provide information, and support the principal broker's outreach efforts. This role is crucial for maintaining communication flow and ensuring our clients feel valued and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound phone calls to a provided list of contacts (prospects, leads, clients).
Communicate professionally and effectively in English, Dari, and Pashto, adapting language based on the contact's preference.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships through regular check-ins and follow-up calls.
Clearly articulate information about our services or follow-up actions as directed by the broker.
Accurately log call details, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Schedule follow-up communications or appointments as needed.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the broker.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Fluency in spoken English, Dari, and Pashto is essential.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, courteous, and friendly phone manner.
Proven ability to build rapport over the phone.
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email and data entry (CRM experience is a plus).
Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual with excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
Part-time hours, approximately [e.g., 15-20] hours per week.
Schedule can be flexible but requires consistent daily calling blocks.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
