Are interest rates on the rise? How will buyers be effected?

Freddie Mac reported that 30 year fixed rate mortgages have increased by 1.2% since January 2022. That's a rapid increase from the steady low rates in 2021. Rates have already surpassed the projections from last year.

What does this mean for you? If you are looking to purchase a home in 2022 it's going to benefit you if you buy sooner rather than later. The longer you wait the higher interest rates are projected to increase.
