Happy Tuesday! I have a question for you: Do you agree with the newest trends in real estate? Can you think of any other must have amenities?
-Hybrid work model will affect the industry : More and more employees are working from home, as well as working from the office (i.e. Hybrid model) so close proximity to the office is being considered for new buyers. This will save buyers time and commuting costs.
-Townhomes are more appealing due to a shortage of single family homes: It is harder to find single family homes in most markets. Especially those in good condition. In addition to that, the maintenance of a single family home is much higher than an attached, smaller townhome.
-Flex space: flexible space is becoming a huge trend for buyers. Instead of a playroom for the kids; parents can use the same room for an office.

The home features buyers are clamoring for in 2022 are very different from what they wanted at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
