Cheers to my buyers, V & C, who knew the power of a great bottle of wine! 🍷 They had their hearts set on a very cute home in Jefferson Manor. We did what it took and got their offer accepted in a multiple-offer situation… including throwing in a bottle of wine! 🤗 They noticed while touring the home the sellers were wine lovers. When submitting their offer, they threw in a bottle of one of their favorite Portuguese wines they had on their honeymoon. Then, when we showed up to the final walkthrough, the sellers had left two bottles of wine for them! ❤️ Congrats on your lovely first home!🥂
