I’ve been part of a lot of meaningful moments in this business, and this move-up closing is among the very best.

Mom and Dad surprised their two daughters with a new home where each finally had their own bedroom. Their names were on the doors, and there was a trampoline and swing set waiting outside…. Their reaction was priceless.

Whenever possible, I like doing settlement at the home. It just feels right to hand over the keys where the next chapter actually starts.

Afterwards- We shared a pour from an impressive and very rare bourbon , exchanged a few thoughtful gifts, and spent some time with a genuinely great family.

Proud moment for the Jefferson Manor Citizens Association today as we presented a check for $2,026 to Mount Eagle Elementary!

This was the result of an incredible team of volunteers who donated their time, organized, sorted, set up, worked long hours, and made our community yard sale such a success. Their generosity and hard work turned a neighborhood event into meaningful support for our local school.

It was an honor to present the check to Principal Kate on behalf of the JMCA. We hope these funds will help support the amazing teachers and staff who do so much for our students every day.

To everyone who donated items, shopped the sale, volunteered, or simply helped spread the word—thank you. We’re fortunate to be part of such a generous and community-minded neighborhood.
